Shauna Blair
Owner 

Shauna Blair, a Boulder, Colorado native was raised by her grandfather, Marion Rayback who was a property investor with multiple properties. Her hands have been dirtied by roofing, irrigation, plumbing, hauling junk…you get the picture. She has walked the path that you have walked and has witnessed the damage and financial strain an unhappy tenant or damaged property can cause. This knowledge has given her a unique view in her current career as an insurance agent/broker.

In addition to having an understanding of property investing, Shauna knows insurance as she comes from a long line of insurance agents. Her grandfather, father, and all of her uncles were Farmers Insurance agents. She chose to break the family mold by leaving the Farmers path when she realized being an independent broker/agent would allow her to offer many more coverages and price options for her clients (i.e. builder's risk, infinite banking and safe-from-the-market retirement products - her specialty).

Today, she is an investor-focused insurance broker specializing in auto, home, builder's risk, and commercial insurance (in Colorado), and life insurance/retirement products nationwide.

You may recognize Courtney from her successful local handmade crafts business, where she blends creativity with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As a dedicated wife to a contractor and proud mom, Courtney understands the balance it takes to manage family, business, and everyday life. Her hands-on experience supporting her husband’s business and running a busy household makes her a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail.

Elena Balandina
 Client Support Specialist

Elena is a licensed commercial and life insurance agent (CO & VA) with a Master’s in Finance and 10+ years of experience helping families and business owners protect their financial futures. Bilingual in English and Russian, she specializes in commercial and life insurance, retirement planning, and client-focused financial education. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking Colorado’s hidden mountain trails with her husband and two children and leads a women’s ski school.
